Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and our partnership with an overseas supplier fulfilling the shipment
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or peak periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at neopodcases@gmail.com and we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At NeoPodCases, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that:
- are faulty or defective
- are not as described
- are unsafe
- do not do what they are supposed to do

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
