Returns & Refund Policy

At NeoPodCases, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that:

  • are faulty or defective

  • are not as described

  • are unsafe

  • do not do what they are supposed to do

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept returns for change of mind purchases subject to the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items are returned in original packaging with tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Change of mind returns may not be accepted for:

  • sale or clearance items

  • gift cards

  • personalised or custom-made products

  • hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address] with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos of the item (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

  • replacement

  • repair

  • refund

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an exchange has been approved by our team.
